• Polyphenols, natural antioxidants used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and cosmetics industries

Oil, recommended by modern food culture for its high content of polyunsaturated components, far superior to all other vegetable oils

Calcium tartrate

Calcium tartrate is a by-product of the winemaking process and the raw material for the production of tartaric acid.

Soil Improvers

The technology developed by Caviro transforms its biomass, through a process of natural bio-oxidation, into an organic rich soil - compost.

Caviro Compost, marketed under the ECONAT brand, is a natural organic soil improver rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium; it supplements the soil that has been depleted by excessive use of chemical fertilisers with organic materials.

This allows the soil to regain its fertile state in the medium to long term and to reduce pollution caused by excessive use of chemical fertilisers.
