The Distillery Division represents the original nucleus of the Caviro business and was the platform for the large-scale growth that has lead to Caviro becoming a central hub for the manufacture of products that are used in broader industry as well as in the wine sector.
The division is committed to enhancing the value of by-products from the Italian agro-industrial production chain by using modern and innovative technical and manufacturing processes whilst also remaining focused on the protection of the environment at every stage of the process.
