Caviro Distilleries is a food industry that over the past decade has greatly focused on the development of activities related to services, namely removal of waste and wastewater from the agro-industrial sector, which is recovered for the production of thermal energy, electricity and high quality natural fertilisers by three different processes: two-stage purification: anaerobic and aerobic, combustion and composting.

The facility covers 300,000 square metres and it is located in Via Convertite, 8 in the industrial area north-west of Faenza.

The company falls within the scope of Legislative Decree no. 59/05 (IPPC), therefore has the Integrated Environmental Authorization (AIA) issued by the Provincial Department of Ravenna, Environmental and Soil Department.

It has ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification.
