Caviro at Vinitaly 2025: all the different souls of the Group under one stand

Caviro will take part in Vinitaly 2025 with a complete and diversified offering, bringing together all the different souls of the Group under one stand. The goal is to meet an increasingly wide range of market needs with a unified commercial force and a more integrated approach, both in Italy and abroad.

At Hall. 3 (C7-D7) , visitors will find, on one side, Cantine Caviro with all its flagship brands, including Tavernello, a symbol of quality and the tradition of its member winegrowers, distributed both in large-scale retail and the Horeca sector; and on the other side, Tenute Caviro, established to enhance company assets managed through its subsidiaries Leonardo Da Vinci in Chianti and Gerardo Cesari in Valpolicella.

Furthermore, the Group will represent the Emilia-Romagna region with the brands Vigneti Romio and Leonardo 1502 at Hall. 1 (C9) , where, for the first time, there will be a pairing between regional wines and dishes by Massimo Bottura.

Among the new releases at this edition, Caviro presents Tavernello Spritz, a low-alcohol ready-to-drink line available in orange, peach, and lime flavors, with sangria added as well. These products, made from Caviro’s sparkling wines blended with natural aromas, are designed to capture the aperitivo trend and convey a message of fresh, youthful conviviality.

At Caviro, we have always stood out for our ability to anticipate evolving consumer trends, combining innovation with the strength of established products,” said Giampaolo Bassetti, General Manager of Caviro. ““The new ready-to-drink range under the Tavernello brand demonstrates its versatility, iconic pop appeal, and strong brand awareness. Tavernello has been a market pioneer since 1983, and we’re ready to chart new paths for its future.” ”.

The new offering also includes the launch of Solegro Blanc de Blancs Millesimato, a refined sparkling wine presented in an elegant blue bottle, featuring a carefully selected blend and distinctive packaging.

On the Tenute Caviro side, Cesari introduces JUSTO, a wine line born from an experimental and emotional approach. Available in both red and white versions, JUSTO is an innovative, unconventional choice aimed at younger consumers. Its easy-to-drink character makes it ideal for various occasions, from aperitifs to after-dinner moments.

With 157 million liters of wine sold annually and a presence in over 80 countries, Caviro looks to the future with a clear strategy: to strengthen its position in mature markets and accelerate growth in emerging ones, with a focus on innovation and brand development.
